Lamb Shank, Cooking Red Wine (Red Wine, Salt (1,5%), Pepper Extract), Carrot, Onion, Celery, Potato, Cooking Oil, Chicken Seasoning Powder (Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635), Cornstarch, Sugar, Chicken Meat and Fat, Permitted Flavouring, Soy Sauce , Palm Fat, and Spice), Garlic, Salt, Cajun Spice (Salt, Paprika, Basil, Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Chili), Black Pepper, Tomato Paste (Tomatoes, Salt), Bay Leaf.

1. Remove lamb shank from packaging and microwave on medium high for 5-10 mins
2. Heat up roasted vegetables in a pre-heated oven at 120 ÌŠC for 10-15 mins
3. Microwave sauce for 1-2 mins in a microwavable bowl.
