What is Christmas Pre-Ordering?
Our Christmas Pre-ordering allows you to purchase and reserve Festive Items in advance to ensure they are available during the busy holiday season.
Can I choose between self-collection and delivery for my pre-ordering?
Yes, you will be asked to select self-collection or delivery once you start adding items into your shopping cart.
What is the ordering period?
Ordering starts from Friday, 1 November 2024 - Wednesday, 18 December 2024.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse through our selections on the website, select your desired items, add them to the shopping cart, and checkout to make payment.
Do I need to register for an account to place my order?
No account creation is required; all checkouts will be considered as ‘Guest Checkout’.
How do I change, cancel or add items to my order?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made after your order has been placed.
How do I check my order’s status?
You may check your order’s status by clicking on “Track My Order” on the top right corner of the website. Fill in both your ‘Order No’ and ‘Phone Number’ to check your order’s status.
How do I know what is my order number?
If you are ordering from the website, you will be able to find your order number in your confirmation email. If you are placing the order in one of our stores, you will be able to find your order number in the SMS we will be sending to you on the following day.
Can I place my order in any of the Cold Storage stores?
Yes, aside from the website, you may also place your order in our stores. Click here to check the store’s location that is nearest to you. Once you have placed the order in the store, you will receive a SMS confirmation on the following day. If you did not receive the SMS, kindly check with the store that you have place the order with.

Can I buy live Christmas Tree through this pre-ordering?
Yes, you may place your Christmas Tree order through the website or in-stores.
When can I start collecting my order?
Collection starts from Thursday, 28 November 2024 – Wednesday, 25 December 2024.

Collection time as follows:
10am – 2pm
2pm – 5pm
5pm – 8pm
Will I get a notification when my collection date draws near?
Yes, we will send you a SMS reminder before your collection date and kindly ensure you have entered your mobile number correctly.
Can I change my collection store after ordering?
Unfortunately, to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment, we are unable to change the collection store after it has been selected. We recommend carefully choosing your preferred store and time during order placement to ensure it’s convenient for you.
Can I request for re-heating, cutting or slicing service for my order?
We regret to inform that these services will not be available.
What do I need to bring or show at the Store’s collection counter?
You may print out a hardcopy of your order’s confirmation email or show the softcopy to our store team member during collection. We will be unable to process your collection if the confirmation email cannot be verified.
Can I collect my item before my selected timing?
All orders are prepared according to the collection schedule; our store team members will not be able to process early collection before your selected collection timing.
Will I be able to collect my order after Christmas Day?
Kindly note that our last collection day falls on Christmas Day itself, should you wish to collect after this date, we will not be able to guarantee its freshness. Please refer to the expiration date on the item.
Can I buy more festive food during my collection?
All festive food purchases must be pre-ordered.
Is the delivery service available to all addresses in Singapore?
Cold Storage delivers only to addresses within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island excluding postal codes starting with 61, 62, 63, 69, 70 and 71.

Cold Storage does not deliver overseas.
Will all Festive Items be available for delivery?
Log Cakes and Pastries will not be available for delivery due to handling issues. For more information, you may check the item details page (after clicking on the item) on our website.
When does our Delivery starts?
Delivery starts from Thursday, 28 November 2024 – Wednesday, 25 December 2024.
Will I get a notification when my delivery date draws near?
Yes, we will send you a SMS reminder before your delivery date and kindly ensure you have entered your mobile number correctly.

What is the minimum purchase amount and the delivery fees?
There is no minimum purchase amount but for purchases below $150, there will be a $15 delivery fee.
I would like to change my delivery address, how can I do so?
Unfortunately, to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment, we are unable to change the delivery address after order has been placed. Kindly check your delivery details carefully before confirming your order.
How do I shop for products?
Browse through our selections, add the items you want into the shopping cart and proceed to check out the cart for payment.
What is your freshness guarantee?
All items are tagged with its expiration date. Kindly refer to the product labels for information on its ‘Use by’ Date.
How are your products stored?
We take great care to ensure that all our Christmas pre-ordering food are stored in optimal conditions to maintain freshness and quality.

Our storage processes are regularly monitored to ensure that your festive items reach your hand fresh and in perfect condition.
What payment methods are there?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards.
Will my information be kept private?
Kindly refer to our Privacy Policy.
Are all the Festive Food in my order warmed and ready to serve?
Please note that all our food is fully cooked and packed in chilled conditions. Most of them requires reheating before consumption.
Is an oven required to reheat the Turkeys? What if I do not have an Oven?
An oven is recommended to reheat the Turkeys. Should a conventional oven not be available, microwave oven is also suitable.

Most standard conventional ovens at home can take up to 10kg turkeys.
No Oven Options: You may choose to opt for our Sous Vide Turkey Breasts –3 different variants. To reheat, kindly place the sous vide bag into rolling water for 10 mins.
Do the hams require cooking or reheating?
Hams are fully cooked and ready to serve. Hams can be eaten chilled or warmed, based on personal preference.
Does any ham come in pre-sliced?
Yes, we do have hams that comes in pre-sliced options (The Burgers' Smokehouse Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Glazes Bone-In Ham 4kg)
Where does our hams come from?
Our raw materials are imported from Germany, USA and Australia and processed in Singapore.
How do I store my hams upon opening?
Bone-In / Leg Ham: Keep leg ham in a ham bag or a damp tea-towel in the fridge. Soak the bag in a mix of 1 litre water to 2 tablespoons white vinegar then squeeze out the excess liquid, leaving the bag damp. Repeat every few days. Do not wrap hams firmly to allow some space for air. This will stop your ham from sweating.
Boneless / Sliced Ham: Store in an airtight plastic container lined with a piece of kitchen towel or waxed paper. Place sliced ham inside, then top with another layer of kitchen towel or waxed paper. Change when towel or paper is wet.

Can Christmas Trees be delivered to all addresses in Singapore?
Cold Storage delivers only to addresses within mainland Singapore (including Sentosa Island). For deliveries to outlying islands and Jurong Island, please contact csonline.sg@dfiretailgroup.com
Can I place a bulk order for Christmas Trees?
Yes, you may. Home Delivery charge of $65 is for each location and up to 3 trees. Should there be an order for the 4th tree at the same location, an additional delivery charge of $65 will be applied.
Our friendly team members will contact you within 4 working days of ordering on the additional charges.
When do I need to place my Christmas Tree order by?
Please submit your order for Christmas Tree by 26 November 2024.
Can I collect my Christmas Tree in the store?
Unfortunately, Christmas Tree and stands will have to be home-delivered due to storage limitations.

A change of delivery address after is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, you will have to cancel your current order and reorder using the new address. Cold Storage Online reserves the right to charge customers a cancellation fee.
How are the trees stored?
Our trees are carefully stored in optimal temperature in our warehouse. We carefully control the conditions in which your products are stored and transported; from the moment we pick the items till the time you receive them at your doorstep.

How do I dispose my tree after the Christmas period?
Disposal Tips:
1. Clean the tree of all ornaments, tinsel, and lights.
2. Cut the tree into smaller portions for easy curb pickup.
3. For more information, you can also contact your town council for bulky items disposal, or refer to NEA’s website
What do I need to take note of when caring for my Christmas Tree?
1. Decide where the tree is to be placed to minimise any movement after it has been installed.
2. Keep your tree away from any heater, radiator, fan, or direct sunlight.
3. Keep the tree stand filled with ice water and avoid letting the water level go below the tree’s base.
4. For decorations, LED lights that give off minimal heat are recommended. Hang lighter ornaments that will not weigh down or damage the tree branches.
