Preheat the convection oven to 180°C, place the chicken in a baking dish with a little water, cover with foil, and heat for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until heated through.
Rice Pilaf
Transfer into a microwave-safe dish and reheat on medium power for 1 minute or until heated through.
Vegetable Medley
This is fully cooked, transfer into a pot or frying pan then reheat for about 5 minutes.
