1. Set the oven to 165°C
2. Cook for approx 3.5 - 4 hours (40 min per kg of ham) to core temperature of at least 70°C
3. Glaze and brown at 200°C for 15 - 20 mins
Alternatively, ham can also be put into boiling water, then gently cooked for approx 2 hours to core temperature of at least 70°C. Drain and glaze at 180°C for 20 - 30 mins.
