Produced in a factory that handles Soy, Gluten, Milk and Sulphite-containing products
1. Set the oven to 165°C
2. Remove the skin, score the fat diagonally to form a diamond pattern and place fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan
3. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover loosely with foil
4. Bake for approx 30 mins/ kg of ham , to an internal temperature of 60°C
5. Unwrap and apply any desired glazes and spices over the ham
6. Increase oven temperature to 200°C and bake for a further 20 mins until golden brown
