Set the oven to 140°C. Wrap the beef in a foil sheet and transfer onto oven grill pan. For juicier results, place a second pan of water under the grill pan to help prevent the beef from drying. Remove beef from oven after approx 20 – 30 mins per kg of beef or until core temperature reached 60°C.
