Produced in a factory that handles Soy, Gluten, Milk and Sulphite-containing products
1. Set the oven to 140°C
2. Wrap the beef in a foil sheet and transfer onto oven grill pan
3. If possible place a 2nd pan with some water below the grill pan to help prevent the beef from drying out too much
4. Remove beef from oven after approx 20 – 30 mins per kg of beef or until core temperature reached 60°C.
