1. To reheat, set the oven to 165°C. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
2. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover loosely with foil.
3. Bake at 165°C for approx. 30 mins per kg of ham.
4. Heat ham to an internal temperature of 60°C, as measured with a meat thermometer.
This fully cooked ham is ready to serve, but you can gently warm it if you like.
