An excellent quality ham, marinated in a special blend of traditional spices to give it distinctive flavour, then glazed with Manuka honey and baked till golden brown. Serve whole as a carving or as cold cut with sandwiches.

1. To reheat, set the oven to 165°C
2. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan
3. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover loosely with foil
4. Bake at 165°C for approx. 30 mins per kg of ham
5. Heat ham to an internal temperature of 60°C, as measured with a meat thermometer.
