Sizzling Spanish prawns in garlic-chili olive oil, paired with house-baked garlic focaccia to soak up every last drop – a rustic indulgence with a chef’s touch.
Bread flour, potato, water, prawn, instant dry yeast, cheese, oil, garlic, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, black pepper, chicken seasoning powder.
Contains Mustard, Wheat, Soybean, Egg, Milk, Sulphite.
Separate prawns from Sauce. Heat pan with 100ml of cooking oil. When oil is hot, add prawn and stir fry both sides for a total of 30 Sec or until required doneness. Remove prawn and pour away oil. Add Sauce to pan and bring to boil. When ready to eat, place sauce ingredient onto focaccia and top with prawn. Sauce can be used as a dip.
