Separate prawns from Sauce. Heat pan with 100ml of cooking oil. When oil is hot, add prawn and stir fry both sides for a total of 30 Sec or until required doneness. Remove prawn and pour away oil. Add Sauce to pan and bring to boil.
When ready to eat, place sauce ingredient onto focaccia and top with prawn. Sauce can be used as a dip.
