Place the item in a water bath at 90°C for 12 - 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Place the item in a water bath at 90°C for 35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Truffle Turkey Ham
Slice ham to approximate 1cm thick, place in air fryer to 160°C, fully wrap the item with aluminium foil, and reheat for approximately 2 - 4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C or consume cold.
For Best Results:
- Remove packaging before reheating.
- Microwave is not recommended.
