Produced in a factory that handles Soy, Gluten, Milk and Sulphite-containing products
1. Preheat oven to 165°C.
2. Remove the skin, score the fat diagonally to form a diamond pattern and place fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan.
3. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover loosely with foil. Bake for approx 30 mins per kg of ham, to an internal temperature of 60°C.
4. Unwrap and apply any desired glazes and spices over the ham. Increase oven temperature to 200°C and bake for a further 20 mins until golden brown.
This fully cooked ham is ready to serve, but you can gently warm it if you like.
