Preheat your oven to 165°C. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, adding a little water to the bottom of the pan, and cover loosely with foil. Bake for approximately 30 minutes per kg of ham, heating until the internal temperature reaches 60°C as measured with a meat thermometer. OR This fully cooked ham is ready to serve, but you can gently warm it if you like.
