Oven Method
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. Remove all packaging and place the ribeye on a roasting rack.
3. Reheat for approximately 55- 65 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 50–52°C.
Good eating quality: 55 minutes
Well done: 65 minutes
4. For a caramelised crust, sear in a very hot pan for 60–90 seconds on each side.
5. Rest for 8–10 minutes before carving.
