Inspired by the rustic traditions of Italy, our Porchetta with Chorizo features succulent pork belly and loin, expertly rolled with premium Spanish chorizo, aromatic herbs, garlic and fennel. Slow-roasted until the meat is exceptionally tender and the crackling turns irresistibly crisp, it delivers a bold fusion of savoury richness, smoky paprika and fragrant herbs in every slice. A spectacular festive centrepiece that combines Italian craftsmanship with Spanish flair for an unforgettable Christmas feast.

Pork, filling [paprika], nitrite salt [salt, sodium nitrite], seasoning [spice extracts, salt, sodium hexametaphosphate, monosodium glutamate, erythorbic acid, spice flavouring], potato starch, cuttering agent [sodium citrate, dextrose, salt], pepper, preservative [potassium lactate, sodium diacetate, maltodextrin], herbs, spices, smoke flavouring [salt, maltodextrin].

Oven Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Place the product on a baking tray.
4. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
5. Increase the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 5–10 minutes for crispy and crackling skin.
